These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HyperNeural.ai website at hyperneural.ai (the "Site") and the Sentinel AI service ("Sentinel" or the "Service"), both operated by WATERMELONAI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16396727), trading as HyperNeural.ai ("HyperNeural.ai", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Service.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the Site, requesting access to Sentinel, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Sentinel is an AI personal assistant that connects to tools you choose to authorise — such as email and calendar services — and helps you understand, organise, prioritise, and act on information across your work and personal life. Features may include summarising messages, surfacing follow-ups, organising tasks, and enabling permission-based delegation to trusted contacts.

The Service is under active development. Features, functionality, and availability may change, and some capabilities may be offered on a limited, early-access, or trial basis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

4. Accounts and access

To use certain features you may need to register for an account or be granted early access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account. 6. AI-generated output

Sentinel uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, suggestions, drafts, and other output. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise not suitable for your purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on or acting on it.

Sentinel does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice. AI-generated output must not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. You remain solely responsible for decisions you make and actions you take, including any messages sent, tasks created, or commitments made with the assistance of the Service.

7. Third-party services and integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services that you choose to connect, including but not limited to Google services such as Gmail and Google Calendar. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and not by these Terms.

Where the Service accesses Google user data, that use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You may revoke the Service's access to any connected third-party account at any time through that provider's settings or through your account settings. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

8. Your content and data

You retain all rights in the content and data you provide to, or make accessible through, the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to access, process, store, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service to you, and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions for any content or data you connect to or process through the Service, including information relating to other people.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, the Site, and all related software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials (excluding Your Content) are owned by HyperNeural.ai or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HyperNeural.ai and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or where required to do so by law.
